Rouyer punching machines are exclusively manufactured by REXO in Auvergne.

A wide range of punching machines

A range of 14 punching machine models

Rouyer punching machines are used by professionals in many activities:

  • building,
  • metallurgical industry,
  • equipment,
  • infrastructure,
  • shops,
  • repairs…

The range of Rouyer punching machines, with 14 models, meets the most varied needs.

Portable punching machines

The portable punching machines, available in 5 models, are specifically designed for use on site:

The 3 Duplexes, which differ in size, are designed for punching in the flanges of beams (IPN, HEA, etc.).

The 2 models Z 62 and Z 82, thanks to their clearance, allow punching in the web of the beams in place.

N series punching machines

The N series stationary punching machines, driven by pinion:

The N 32 and N 56 machines are intended for routine work with dimensional characteristics as close as possible to user standards.

The N 160 model is the most powerful of the entire Rouyer range. Its reinforced construction allows it to punch powerfully in a steel thickness of up to 12 mm.

V series punching machines

The V series fixed punching machines, with lever, offer a high reduction and comfort of daily use:

The first 3 models V 71, V 90 and V 121 respond to increasing capacities in terms of thickness, material and diameter to be punched.

The V 64, V 81 and V 102 punching machines are characterized by large goosenecks (from 200 to 515 mm depending on the model) for easy access to large parts.

The Rouyer V64 punching machine

Professional hand tools

Punching machines for metal cutting

From mild steel to hardened steel

Rouyer punching machines are originally designed to cut mild steel (up to 400 N/mm2).

Equipped with high hardness punches and dies (optional), the N 56, N 160, V 71, V 90 and V 121 models are able to punch more resistant steel (up to 700 N/mm2).

Rouyer punching machines can also work alloys and light metals such as copper, zinc, brass, etc. In this case, it is necessary to reduce the clearance between the punch and the die to avoid burrs.

Do not hesitate to ask, the transformation is free!

Oblong, square or rectangular punches and dies are available for models N 56, N 160, V 71, V 90, V 121, V 64, V 81 and 102. These parts are made of high hardness steel.
