The N 32 and N 56 machines are intended for routine work with dimensional characteristics as close as possible to user standards.
The N 160 model is the most powerful of the entire Rouyer range. Its reinforced construction allows it to punch powerfully in a steel thickness of up to 12 mm.
V series punching machines
The V series fixed punching machines, with lever, offer a high reduction and comfort of daily use:
The first 3 models V 71, V 90 and V 121 respond to increasing capacities in terms of thickness, material and diameter to be punched.
The V 64, V 81 and V 102 punching machines are characterized by large goosenecks (from 200 to 515 mm depending on the model) for easy access to large parts.

From mild steel to hardened steel
Rouyer punching machines are originally designed to cut mild steel (up to 400 N/mm2).
Equipped with high hardness punches and dies (optional), the N 56, N 160, V 71, V 90 and V 121 models are able to punch more resistant steel (up to 700 N/mm2).
Rouyer punching machines can also work alloys and light metals such as copper, zinc, brass, etc. In this case, it is necessary to reduce the clearance between the punch and the die to avoid burrs.
Do not hesitate to ask, the transformation is free!
Oblong, square or rectangular punches and dies are available for models N 56, N 160, V 71, V 90, V 121, V 64, V 81 and 102. These parts are made of high hardness steel.
